About Roifile

Roifile is built and run by Adam Gibbons, a DevOps lead who has spent fifteen years running production systems for banks and insurers, including the regulatory reporting pipelines that produce files like this one. It exists because in March 2026 the hard part of DORA filing turned out not to be the register but the package: a wrong filename, an empty key, an Excel date, and a rejection email with a code nobody explained.

The validator implements the EBA's published checks from the technical package for reporting framework 4.0, the overview of checks updated 28 April 2025, and the ESAs' observations from the 2025 collection. It is not endorsed by the ESAs or any national authority, and a clean result is not an acceptance: the ESAs' feedback explicitly says that no findings does not mean the data is accepted. It does mean the file will get past the gates that rejected most files last time.
