The validator

When you upload a package it is read in memory, checked, and discarded when the response is sent. No file, row, LEI, provider name or finding is written to disk, a database or a log. The server log keeps one line per validation: the time, the overall status, the counts per severity, the number of rows and the duration. Your connection's address is kept in memory, hashed, for one hour to apply the rate limit, and never written anywhere.

Paid plans

The File plan keeps your register versions and audit trail in an account you control, hosted in the EU (Amsterdam), encrypted at rest, deleted on request or 90 days after the account closes. The Rescue service receives your file by email; it is kept for the engagement plus 30 days unless you ask otherwise.
