What triggers it
EBA reception/CSV-layer check 'Report filename extension must be zip'. Failing it rejects the whole submission (feedback NOK).
The uploaded file does not end in .zip.
How to fix it
Fix the package and resubmit with a new timestamp.
Submit the report package as a .zip archive. Do not rename a .7z, .rar or .xlsx file; create a real zip.
