105: Filename structure (ReportSubject_Country_FrameworkCodeModuleVersion_Module_ReferenceDate_CreationTimestamp)
Rejects the file also shown as EBA.105
Official text
Filename structure (ReportSubject_Country_FrameworkCodeModuleVersion_Module_ReferenceDate_CreationTimestamp)
What triggers it
Zip filename does not follow ReportSubject.CON/.IND_Country_FrameworkCodeModuleVersion_Module_ReferenceDate_CreationTimestamp (e.g. DUMMYLEI123456789012.IND_LU_DORA010100_DORA_2025-12-31_20260301120000000.zip). Note the CBI portal uses its own C-code filename and renames on forwarding.
The filename does not follow ReportSubject_Country_FrameworkCodeModuleVersion_Module_ReferenceDate_CreationTimestamp.zip.
How to fix it
Use the ESA pattern exactly; LEI in upper case; module version DORA010100; date yyyy-mm-dd; timestamp YYYYMMDDHHMMSSsss.
Use the pattern <LEI>.<CON|IND>_<CC>_DORA010100_DORA_<yyyy-mm-dd>_<17-digit timestamp>.zip, e.g. 635400EWECOAKJOHRI84.IND_IE_DORA010100_DORA_2026-12-31_20270115093000000.zip. Your national authority may wrap this in its own outer filename; check the regulator page.
