Reference date in the filename cannot be in the future
What triggers it
EBA reception/CSV-layer check 'Reference date in the filename cannot be in the future'. Failing it rejects the whole submission (feedback NOK).
The reference date in the filename is later than today.
How to fix it
Fix the package and resubmit with a new timestamp.
The reference date is the as-at date of the register, not the submission date. Use the date your authority announced (31 December for the annual collection).
