What triggers it
DPM technical check 'trueItemType must be reported with true value'. Reported in the VALIDATION_RESULTS (RES) feedback; does not by itself reject the file at the ESAs, but NCAs expect correction and resubmission.
Columns B_02.03.c0030, B_03.01.c0030 and B_03.03.c0031 are “true item” columns: a row means yes.
How to fix it
Correct the value and resubmit.
Report true for every row you include. If the answer is no, leave the row out.
