724: No data was integratable - integrated

Official text
No data was integratable - integrated
How it appears in feedback
[EBA.724] No data was integratable - integrated
What triggers it
After relaxing 720 (missing/empty files allowed), this check rejects a package in which no table data at all could be integrated, e.g. all table CSVs empty or only the three control files present. At least the B_01.xx tables must carry data.
Every table file is missing or empty, so no data could be integrated.
How to fix it
Make sure at least b_01.01/b_01.02 contain rows and that the CSVs parse (see 809).
At least B_01.01 and B_01.02 always have rows. An entity with no third-party ICT arrangements still reports itself.
