[EBA.1.7.1] Reported XBRL instances MUST NOT include business facts which are not contained in any of the reporting units indicated by filing indicators. One of these reporting units should be marked as filed: [table name] (fact=..., context=..., value=...)

What triggers it
Either a filing indicator is not 'true' for a template that has data, or a declared template's CSV exists but has no header at all so the parser treats the table as missing.
Templates: FilingIndicators.csv, any b_xx.xx.csv
How to fix it
Every b_xx.xx.csv needs at least its header row; every template 'true'.
Message as rendered in the CSSF eDesk 'Validation rules' section / feedback .xlsx. Error = rejection; warning = fix and resubmit if possible.
