The reference date in the filename is not 2025-12-31 for the 2026 exercise (people used the upload date or the deadline).
How to fix it
Set _2025-12-31_ in the filename and refPeriod,2025-12-31 in parameters.csv (2026 cycle). Expect 2026-12-31 for the 2027 cycle.
