What triggers it
The entity's LEI has not been pre-registered with the CSSF; eDesk cannot map the file to the entity. CSSF syncs its database to eDesk nightly, so a newly communicated LEI works only from the next day.
How to fix it
Communicate the LEI to your CSSF line supervisor before the first upload; retry the day after.
