RF_001: LEI checksum is wrong (ISO 17442)

What triggers it
The LEI has the right shape but its two check digits do not verify (ISO 17442 mod 97-10). It cannot exist in GLEIF.
How to fix it
Re-copy the LEI from the GLEIF search page. One transposed character is the usual cause.
