What triggers it
B_01.01 has more than one row, or the maintaining entity's LEI is missing from B_01.02, or differs from the entityID parameter.
How to fix it
B_01.01 is one row: the entity that maintains the register. It also appears in B_01.02 with its own row, and its LEI is the one in the filename and entityID.
