What triggers it
A row has data but one of its mandatory columns is empty. The EBA expresses these as a family of rules (v8850_m to v88889_m): if any column of the row is filled, these specific columns must be filled too.
How to fix it
Fill the column named in the finding. The template pages mark mandatory columns.
