What triggers it
In B_01.02: if ({c0040} != [eba_CT:x318] and {c0040} != [eba_CT:x317]) then c0110 must not be empty.
A financial entity in B_01.02 has no total assets. Only the two non-financial entity types (eba_CT:x317 and x318) may leave c0110 empty.

How to fix it
Fill or correct the referenced column(s) and resubmit; not blocking at reception but NCAs and the April DQ review expect it fixed.
Report total assets from the last annual accounts. The ESAs use it for critical-provider designation and expect every financial entity to know its own figure.
Severity in the 4.0 DPM: warning (reported in RES feedback, no rejection). Active for the 2025 and 2026 cycles (ESAs: rules unchanged for 2026).
