Entity-level accreditation is decentralised: the company's user with 'gestore' privileges sees the DORA survey and delegates other users ('potrà delegare altri utenti all'invio dei dati, non essendo richiesto un nuovo accreditamento sulla piattaforma'). Entities with no Infostat access (including insurance intermediaries) must self-register a user, then send the accreditation form (MODULO_DATI_PER_RICHIESTA_ABILITAZIONI_PER_ACCESSO_AL_SITO_INFOSTAT.docx) by PEC to ivass@pec.ivass.it; IVASS then enables that user as 'gestore'. The form requires a functional (non-personal) e-mail box that receives all Infostat communications (rilievi, solleciti).
