What the feedback means, and what to do.

Upload the feedback your regulator sent back, or paste the portal's message. Each line is explained in plain words, with what to do about it.

Read in memory and discarded. LEIs and names in the file are not stored.

How the feedback cycle works

  1. NOK within minutes: a reception check (101–115, 7xx, 8xx) failed. The whole file is rejected; nothing else was looked at.
  2. PEN: reception passed; the DPM technical checks, business rules and LEI/EUID checks run next.
  3. RES: the content findings. Errors are expected to be corrected and the complete package resubmitted; warnings are recorded.

Your regulator may add its own portal messages before any of this (the CBI's 'Validation STOPPED', the CSSF's ICTO codes, OneGate's MISSING_DATA_*). Paste those too; the catalogue knows 294 codes and messages.
