FilingIndicators.csv: declaring the 15 templates
FilingIndicators.csv lists the templates the package reports. A template with data but no positive indicator rejects the file (808); a template declared and absent is tolerated by the ESAs and not by some portals.

- Template IDs in capitals with the dot (
B_01.01),reportedlower-casetrueorfalse. The ESA sample uses this exact form; the MFSA and CSSF processors are case-sensitive about it. - The NBB requires all fifteen set to
truewithout exception; an empty table then gets status nihil, which is fine. - Since April 2026 Banca d'Italia wants a template with no data present as a csv containing only the header row, not omitted. The packager does this for every regulator because no portal objects to it.
- DNB excludes the EBA filing rules on negative filing indicators (1.5, 1.6); elsewhere, declaring a template
falsewhile its csv has rows is a rejection. - The ESAs' content review in 2026 flagged registers that declared B_01.03 (branches) or B_02.03 (intra-group) true and left them empty when the entity plainly has branches or group arrangements; that is a content question, not a technical one.
